Samsung Announces 12Gb DRUM Memory LPDDR4 – Open Spaces To smart phones With 6GB RAM

Samsung in addition to issuing smart phones, they are also developing several components such as memory, storage space and also the screen. Today, share their company growth, Samsung became the first to announce 12GB LPDDR4 memory based on the 20-nanometer design process.

Samsung says its new design and production of this low energy usage, memory and data processing at once.

The use of 12Gb LPDDR4 this also allows memory usage or 6GB RAM 3GB RAM on the device. Samsung said its use at a later date will show the mobile device with memory up to 6GB of RAM, thus offering a high use of performance, as well as ability to multi-taskingyang better.

Since it uses the same space as at the use of 3GB RAM today, then manufacturers don't have to do major changes in the use of this new memory.

Samsung also say the use of this non-LPDDR4 memory may be limited to smartphones and tablets, but at the same time also integrates support for thin-sized PC, nor at the automotive devices.
